Donations/make a gift

The purpose for which the unincorporated nonprofit association is formed is to raise funds for the medical and necessary expenses of Sarah Kochendorfer, a minor child, diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.

A further purpose of association is to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and to raise public awareness of the goals and objectives of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
